On Sunday, I went over to Stephanie's house for dinner and we ended up making the most delicious quiche. It was a cheddar and broccoli quiche. This was my very first quiche, and I think I shall be enjoying them more often (once I get the recipe again).
We also decided to make the Mozzarella Sticks. Let's just say that you really have to follow the directions on this one. We thought we could just bake the cheese sticks rather than frying them, but that proved to be a very big mistake.
- It was hard to tell if they were done. The outside did not change colors in the oven and we only knew they were done when the cheese exploded out of the casing.
- It was very floury. ICK! The pasta sauce helped mask the taste, but the flour after taste was not working for me.
